1. Definitions and Interpretation

2.3 Account Restrictions and Prohibitions

• Market Manipulation: Engaging in coordinated wagering patterns with other players; intentionally losing funds to another player; or participating in organized efforts to manipulate odds or outcomes.

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds (including deposits and winnings), and potential referral to law enforcement authorities where criminal activity is suspected.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions
